Alicia originated the concept and led TPD’s Hometown Heroes recruitment video series. The department’s work received a Gold award in the 2026 Communicator Awards and an Emmy nomination.

A renewed annual report.

Reestablished and redesigned the department’s annual report. The 2024 edition earned an Award of Distinction in the Annual Report category at the 2026 FPRA Golden Image Awards.
